Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using gingerrootofwoburn, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full.

These terms apply to all users of the platform regardless of plan tier. Continued use after any posted update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Last updated: January 1, 2026.

Permitted Use

You may use gingerrootofwoburn solely for lawful purposes and only with images of individuals who have given explicit, informed consent. Using the tool to generate synthetic images of non-consenting real individuals is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and referral to law enforcement.

User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for all content you upload. gingerrootofwoburn does not review submitted images prior to processing. By uploading a photo, you warrant that you hold all necessary rights and consents for that image.

You must not upload images depicting minors under any circumstances. Violations are reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant authorities without prior notice.

Intellectual Property

The gingerrootofwoburn AI engine, brand assets, and platform code are the exclusive intellectual property of the platform operator. You may not reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the service. AI-generated outputs on Pro and Elite plans are licensed to you for personal or commercial use per your active plan terms.

Limitation of Liability

gingerrootofwoburn is provided on an as-is basis. The platform operator makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted availability, accuracy of outputs, or fitness for any particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, total liability to any user shall not exceed the fees paid by that user in the 30 days preceding any claim.

Third-Party Services

gingerrootofwoburn uses third-party age-verification providers and payment processors. These parties operate under their own privacy and terms policies. gingerrootofwoburn is not liable for the conduct or data practices of these third parties.

Security

All uploaded images are encrypted in transit and at rest, then auto-deleted within 60 minutes. Users are responsible for securing their account credentials. Report any suspected security breach to info@gingerrootofwoburn immediately.

Your Rights

You may request account deletion at any time by contacting support. Upon deletion, all account data is removed within 7 business days. Deletion does not affect billing cycles already in progress.

Changes to These Terms

gingerrootofwoburn may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any change constitutes your agreement to the updated terms.
